"if music be the food of love
play on"
Music is such an important part in any life celebration, it is one that should be chosen carefully, and one that should have meaning to the people involved.  It can be serious, fun or quirky, as long as it suit you and your fiance and it's what YOU both want.
How Many Songs Do You Need For A Wedding?
This is a question I am asked quite frequently.  The answer, you can have as few or as much music as you would like for your ceremony, but I would suggest the following to be considered:

  • Walking down the aisle - one song
  • Signing of the register - two songs (could take up to 8 minutes, so best to have a second back up song)
  • Walking down the aisle married - one song

What Type of Songs Do I Choose?
When choosing music and songs, just keep one thing in mind - let it reflect your personality.  This wedding is YOUR day, the music shouldn't be what you THINK it should be, let if reflect YOU as a couple.  It is after all your wedding day.
